Awesome service. Phone was dropped in the street and had some tire treads on it. Figured it needed a proper burial. My son recommended Jumptronics to me. His phone took a nose dive in the lake. So go here folks! They can revive your phone back to life!!
The guys fixed my issue within a few minutes! Showed me what the problem was, (that the T-Mobile customer service in person store couldn't) and had me on my way! Highly recommend!
Oh my God, my phone popped up and was saying malware that 60 viruses were there and I needed to download something. It wouldn't let me know do anything and I was so scared to death and I drove up to jump rescue and they took such good care of me and in 15 minutes I was walking out of the place. It seemed like my phone was brand new. I love them.Guys will always use them.They are great!!!!!!
Need to replace my protective screen. Not only fast and great customer service but a good deal and only 10$ the next time I need it done. Definitely will be returning for any other needs.
Went to get my screen replaced and screen safer put on.When I went back to pay noticed the screen safer was not added to the invoice so asked if I could get a screen safer put on.The guys said no problem it’s $30.00 and I said how is that when I was quote $20.00.He stated I didn’t know you were already given a price lol.So let’s just charge the customer what we won’t maybe put your prices up on the wall so customer know the prices.The question is who was going to get the extra $10.00 it sure wasn’t gonna be me.

We have used Jumptronics since way back when they had a little shop on the north side of Yukon, and have been using them ever since! They are always so helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve had iPads and IPhones fixed there and we’ve also purchased used from there. I always recommend them to anyone I hear of needing something fixed!
I wasn't real happy with the cost of my new screen but I'm the one who choose to buy the phone I have. As far as the service, I will go back when anything is needed in the future...

My screen saver had cracked on my iPhone from too many drops. I went to Jumptronics & had it replaced. They were very courteous, replaced the screensaver very quickly at a reasonable price. I was in & out quickly! I will definitely go back if I need something repaired on my iPhone or iPad!

Very honest & great customer service! I went in to get my charging port replaced & turns out a tiny little bead (a hazard of my job) was stuck in there. MANY other places would've just cleaned it & charged me for the replacement anyway or replacedit unnecessarily. This will be my go-to for any future cellphone repair! I got my iPhone 16 Pro’s screen replaced yesterday and had the greatest experience! I cannot remember his name but the employee (maybe the owner) that helped me was so incredibly helpful and gave me his honest opinion and advice! Very grateful after dealing with my phone’s insurance - who were horrible!!!!

Excellent service! Was incredibly fast and very friendly and knowledgeable! I thought I was going to need to replace my charging port but they did a cleaning instead to save money and it worked! I definitely found a place to have my phone fixed for now on!
They took care of me really fast and got it done pretty fast. I broke my camera lens and brought it up to them and they got it done within 30 mins or less, and it looks as good as new. They also gave me a new screen protecter with a little extra cost. I say they are worth the money i spent, they are awesome!
I had a fantastic experience with jumptronics! I spilled some coffee on my computer (not ideal)- I dropped my computer off to see if they could fix it with a cleaning. Chris was amazing, tried cleaning it for me first before ordering parts. The cleaning was not successful so he overnighted parts for me, and got it fixed the next day. He went above and beyond to get my computer up and running again. I am so grateful and will definitely be using again if ever needed!
Very polite and professional. The second time i've been there and not with the same laptop, two different instances, both times very polite, fast. First time fix my computer in a few hours.Second time overnight, and that's only because my laptop's 7 years old, it's slow. But got me up and running in a timeless manner.. But really focused on the politeness and knowledge they possess.

I have used Jumptronics several times for everything from replacing a camera and battery in my phone to getting a new screen protector. The service is always first rate and extremely affordable!! The people who work there, are very knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and professional!! I recommend them to everyone!!
One occasion —-Very helpful! I got my phones fixed within an hour and very affordable! Would definitely recommend! Last occasion—-I brought in three iPhones to have the charging ports cleaned as well as the battery checked on an iPhone 7 because the guy thought it was bad. He said he was going to charge me $45 and he would just call that a visit that we are towards the battery replacement just for them to hold the phone and look at it…. The next day, a different guy called me from the store and said my phone is ready to be picked up when I went up there to pick it up. He said nothing was done on it. He said they plugged it in right after I left, they saw that it was not charging well and it’s so old it’s obsolete. I said OK/ he told me if that $45 didn’t go towards a new battery I would get refunded. Chris was who told me that— the next day, a different younger guy -acts like a know it at all ///serious tone —-extremely rude every time I go in there (as much as I hate to admit it I have used their business multiple multiple times) he told me flat out and you were not getting anything refunded. I don’t know why he would even keep his phone to look at it’s obsolete. Extremely frustrating! I told him I also did the Google review to get $10 taken off. He said the money was already paid and it’s nonrefundable the end and he was the manager and there’s nothing I can do. Extremely rude and I definitely will be finding somewhere else to take my phones from now on.
What a wonderful experience I had at Jumptronics. The costumes service by both gentlemen that help me was the type of customer service that is hard to find these days!! Had a virus that shut down my phone completely. Was amazed how quickly the technicians took care of the problem and the price was very reasonable. And the schooling on how not to let it happen again by the technicians was quite helpful, and very thoughtful !! Bring my computer in next, have complete confidence in this well run business 👏
